Our Policies
In order to provide you with the best care possible, we require that new patients have their medical records transferred to our office from their previous doctor(s).

We also ask that all patients bring a list of their current medications or their medication bottles with them to their first office visit. Our goal is to maintain an accurate and complete medication list of all our patients.
In order to be aware of your complete medical picture and provide you with the best care we can give, we ask patients to provide us with the names and addresses of any specialist they see so that we are able to coordinate and monitor any care you receive outside our office.
After Hours Care
Patients are encouraged to call during regular business hours to schedule appointments, refill medications and to inquire about test results.
After hours calls are taken by Ambs Call Center at (517) 780-3639.
Patients requiring immediate medical advice will have their call forwarded to Team Health Call Center. The Team Health Call Center is staffed with registered nurses who advise patients based on protocols approved by our family physicians.
